Because Omnadren contains four different testosterones, many people will compare it with Sustanon. Omnadren does contain testosterone propionate and testosterone phenylpropionate in the same strength as Sustanon; however, testosterone isohexanoate and testosterone hexanoate replace the testosterone isocaproate and testosterone decanoate in Sustanon. As a result, Omnadren has a very different effect than Sustanon. To begin with, users of Omnadren will experience a heavy water retention. This characteristic may lead to rapid mass gains , but also causes the muscles to look very smooth and watery which you can see in some before and after pics. Omnadren readily converts to estrogen, which can cause gynecomastia.
The side effects of Omnadren are similar to those of other testosterone compounds Next to the high water retention other negative effects that are noticed are strong acne and a distinctly increased aggressiveness in some users. An aggressive behavior can mostly be explained by the fact that athletes simply use too high a dosage of Omnadren and too low a dosage of the other (and more expensive) testosterones.
