Workout Routines During Steroid Cycles
Q.I have been researching steroids and pro hormone like substances. I was wondering what would be the best workout routine to use while on a cycle?
A.I don't personally use steroids, only legal alternatives. I don't want to risk my health or end up in jail.
But, to build muscle mass I suggest you work each muscle 2 times a week. Use 2-3 exercises. 2 compound + 1 isolation movement.
Keep in mind that for bigger groups you do more because they involve other
muscles as well. For example, the chest, also works delts + tris.
3-5 sets of 5-8 reps. Less reps is more sets. Example; 5 x 5 or 3 x 8.
Do not go to failure, stop short of. With isolation movements, 3 x 8 is probably better then 5 x 5, although they
are still an option.
