Ab Vacuum Exercise

HOW TO DAILY FORCE THOSE ABS INTO A TIGHT, STEEL-HARD, RIDGED 6-8 SLAB-PAK

PRIORITY is to get your metabolism working for YOUR muscle

• Always consciously tense and squeeze the area when and wherever possible (build up the intensity).

Create a vacuum and make the area as small as possible; try to get the ab wall to (mentally) touch your spine!
